Raving Fans is our way of recognizing those employees who go above and beyond their daily duties to ensure that our customers receive the outstanding service they have come to expect from Jackson & Blanc. Modeled after the book Raving Fans by Ken Blanchard, the program rewards employees on a point system for their dedication, hard work and out of the box thinking. Our philosophy at Raving Fans is that happy employees make happy customers which is something we can all benefit from.
Jackson & Blanc employees receive points when customers and fellow employees let us know when that person has truly gone above and beyond his/her normal duties to provide excellent customer service.
